Authority to Act for Tax Agents and other Intermediaries and Nominated Persons

This Statement prescribes the manner by which a tax agent or a representative can obtain the authority to act from their clients. It also prescribes the manner in which a person may nominate a person to act on their behalf with Inland Revenue in respect of their tax affairs.
